Where are my documents stored?

Only on your iPhone. Marquo has no account and does not upload your files.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Marquo, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

How do I cancel a subscription?

In the Settings app on your iPhone open your name, then Subscriptions, choose Marquo and tap Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Marquo cannot cancel for you.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles payments and refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose the purchase and request a refund.

The blanks were not found on my form.

Tap anywhere on the page to type, or use the Text tool. Scanned or very dense forms may need manual placement.

Is the signature legally binding?

Marquo places an image of your signature on the document. It does not certify the signature or give legal advice. Whether a signed document is accepted depends on who receives it.
