Marquo

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Short version

Marquo works on your device. Your documents, signatures and personal details are not sent to us or to anyone else. There is no account.

What stays on your iPhone

Documents you open, the signatures and initials you create, and the details you enter under My details are stored only in the app on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.

What we collect

If anonymous usage statistics are on, we use Google Firebase Analytics to count actions such as opening the app, signing a document, seeing the purchase screen or starting a subscription. Events carry only a type and simple values (for example the product and currency). They never contain the content, names or details of your documents. Firebase also receives technical data such as the app version, device model, operating system, approximate region and an app instance identifier. We switch off the advertising identifier and do not ask for tracking permission.

Choice

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, statistics are off until you allow them. Elsewhere they are on by default. You can change the choice at any time in Settings.

Advertising measurement

We may measure whether an ad led to an install or a purchase using the anonymous events above. We do not build advertising profiles and do not sell data.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details. We receive confirmation that a purchase or subscription exists.

Camera and photos

The camera is used only when you scan a document. Photos are chosen with the system picker, so Marquo sees only the pictures you select. They stay on your device.

Children

Marquo is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

Because we do not hold your documents or personal profile, there is nothing to export or delete on our side. To stop statistics, turn them off in Settings. Opting out also resets the app instance identifier.
